We announce the workshop on Recent Advances in T/U-dualities and Generalized Geometries which we organize in Zagreb, 6-9 June 2017.

The workshop aims at bringing together experts in theoretical and mathematical physics, working on diverse aspects of dualities originating in string theory and their relations to generalized geometry. For more info visit the workshop web page.

The Nobel Prize in Physics 2016 is awarded to David J. Thouless, F. Duncan M. Haldane and J. Michael Kosterlitz for theoretical discoveries of topological phase transitions and topological phases of matter.

RBI-T-WINNING project is a Coordination and Support measure funded by the European Commission under H2020. It provides funding to support existing research activity like support for travel, initiation of collaborations, organization of events and lectures, and exchanges of best practices with excellent institutions. Intensive exchange of knowledge and experience will be organized with SISSA, CNRS/University of Paris-Sud Orsay, Ludwig Maximilian University and Niels Bohr Institute, excellent European institutes and altogether cover the investigations within theoretical physics. This three year long project starts with kick-off meeting on February 4th and 5th.
